I bought an Humax/Youview DTR-1010 and installed as per instructions, including an update via the internet.

I am getting a recurring problem inasmuch as timer recording are coming up as “Failed”. The recorder is in standby mode at the time. I have tried re-scanning the tuner to no avail.

The machine is not currently connected to the ‘net

Any suggestion gratefully received.
