I’ve had my Freesat box for four years and had no problems with it until recently. After a ferocious storm, the dish needed re-positioning and I did a factory re-set in the tuning section. I have always been able to record two channels at the same time but now I can only record one channel and while this one channel is recording, I lose other channels so I cannot watch some of the other channels during this recording, ie, I am recording ITV and now can’t get BBC2 …… Any ideas anyone?
