    I’m supposed to get the HD version but I just get a frozen picture of the channel I was on before.

    Not managed to get the new update and still on 12.7.10. Is this the problem? Or is it my region – Scottish?

    Btw I am going directly to 303. Red button does not work…

    Region should make no difference.

    Direct entry by pressing 303 on remote, just tried it again – working, also tried via red button, working as well T1000 on latest.

    So now I can get 303 (the tennis) and also the firmware update, but I have a very jerky picture and no sound!

    I’ve made a video which may or may not demonstrate the problem…

    Just tried 303 on T1000 now playing Nadal match, all ok, give me two mins and I’ll boot a T1010 and check that as well.

    What is signal TV signal quality like on 303 – YV, Settings, TV signal & quality

    Signal strength: 83%

    Signal quality: 100%

    There’s no break up in picture at all, only constant stutter and no sound.

    Is 303 OK via your HDR T2?

    Trying to eliminate transmission/transmitter problems or your unit.

    Yep, Glastonbury is fine on the HDR T2 at the moment…

    I’m stuck with the last channel picture on 303 again for the MotoGP on the YV box.

    303 on the HDR T2 is OK.

    Points to the YV unit being the problem?
