Having lots of issues with this – mainly recurring crash, cant do a factory reset. Have tried to do software upgrades but not much luck works occasionally, goes for a few days then wont boot without another reset !
Broadband connection etc all fine so no issues there.
Also eco mode sometimes fails to boot up. Sometimes does not switch off without using the hard off button at the back, then fails to start up. This is becoming a daily task that even my 5 year old has managed to learn how to do a software upgrade from the maintenance mode !
Some programmes recorded cannot be watched and it is skipping programmes.
This was all working fine until say about 4-6 weeks ago. Software update ? Or do I just have a duff system ? Or is this typical of this product ? Thank you
Its not typical, mine’s been pretty reliable.
Sounds like you may have a failing hard disk.
