Also I can’t access any menus, the humax logo comes on at initial boot up then when normally a channel comes on its the green screen!

Tried re-loading the software, turning the machine off/on again.

    Need HELP.

Sounds like an HDMI handshake problem. What make and model of TV? have you tried a different HDMI port on the TV? If the TV supports CEC try turning it off on the HDMI port the Humac is connected to.

It was working fine until I did the update. I will try another port but would it be that as it already has been working with the current port?

I’m thinking of installing the old version back on see if it works then.

Deep breath, then take one thing at a time, try

    1. Power on TV first then Humax if no success try

    2. Humax first the TV, if no success try

    3. Scart connection to try and get everything back to a working config then

4, Reconnect HDMI and cycle through resolutions using the vformat button see if you can find one that works.

5, Check Samsung website see if there is an update for your model of TV?
