Re the reports of software version 1.00.40 appearing on production units.
This version mainly deals with improvements for the wifi version, however there is also an improvement in that IP can now be set manually.
Is this going OTA?
Manual IP is badly needed.

No plans to at the moment.
My new 1000s (Grade A from Humax Direct) emerged from the box absolutely pristine, booted and configured without a hitch, running 1.00.40 and all is well. I’m delighted with it.
You do see lots of problems here, so it’s nice to post a “Well done, Humax”
