Just got a new box, connected all up and now stuck on Software Update screen saying ‘The system recovery is in progress due to serious problems’ with a flashing red ‘Do not turn off the system’.
This was preceded by ‘Error E010 – Invalid sign’
I haven’t done anything other than connect up and power on. What’s going on?
Looks like a problem in the middle of an OTA software update. It definitely should not do that so looks like you have a problem box.
If it does not resolve itself then it’s back to the shop.
Returned box and got a replacement. All ok now
