    Hi there

    Please accept my apologies if this is in the wrong place as the model number LGB19DRT is not covered :(

    I am trying to help my dear old Ma out with her tv in her bedroom.

    The following channel numbers are missing:

    10,11,12,15-27,29-32,34-69

    All these channels she “used” to have and my Dad has all these channels in the front room using a Humax box and connected to the “same” aerial.

    I thank you so much if you can advise any steps to take to remedy this, i have tried re-tuning to no avail.

    Whilst I appreciate you have stated that a retune has been carried out try again using the info contained in this link:

    Hi there

    Me again :) A couple of additional bits of information, the channels can be received on both of the other TV’s but not this one and the channels that can’t be received are ALL COM4, 5, 6 channels and not PS channels – which apparently are something to do with the Digital switch over? Not sure about that, but thought it might be worth a mention.

    I think the TV is about 5 years old i think…. but my Ma said she had the channels a few weeks ago until it was auto tuned and they’ve not been back since..

    Hi Barry, thanks so much, just seen your post.

    Will do that straight away because we haven’t done a manual re-tune, tried but it was too confusing LOL !!

    Hi again Barry

    Well we got a few more back but not all of them.

    As i say we have the other two TV’s that have all the channels, just not this one and have followed all the instructions from deleting them all to inserting the 6 channel numbers again as per the table, but not all of them are back, the ones that are still missing (compared to the big tv in the front room) are:

    10,15,16,18,19,21-25,27,30,31,34,35,38-42,44,47,49,50,55,61

    Thanks so much if you can help me further, would love to get this sorted out for her.

    I have found the “other products” forum so feel free to move it whenever and i’ll check in there…. cheers.

    Hi there

    All sorted Barry, thanks so much… the small cable (thought Pops would have checked this) from tv to wall was a bit dodgy, replaced it with a new one, retuned and have everything again !!
