    A bit of a random one for advise on.

    My first ever Humax product was a Humax DRP 560 DVD recorder which I’ve recently dug out of the loft to give to my boy, but it doesn’t seem to like the way some movie DVDs are encoded.

    Some load up fine, others seem to have issues with menu selection and others just don’t load at all.

    Its a bit of a long shot, but is anyone aware if there is a firmware update available if at all possible to resolve these issues?

    Apologises for the delay in response.

    Not something that has been reported to Humax support, and no software for product I’m afraid.
