Hi all.
I cannot get my PC to appear in the media sharing centre although my wife’s laptop does appear.
We are both using Windows 7, the same netgroup and our computers can see each others.
I have enabled all file sharing and network discovery, but still I cannot see my PC on the HDR-1000s.
I have rebooted both PC and HDR-1000s after each setting change to no avail.
Has anybody got any ideas of how to solve this riddle?

Is Media Streaming enabled on the PC?
Yes it is both home and public.
Is it on the same subnet?
Sorry Repassac, I don’t know what you mean by that!!
Well…..I don’t know what’s happened but it all seems to be working fine now.
The only thing I can think of is that the box needed to be left in standby overnight because I have not changed any settings since last night and voila!
