    Can Anyone help with a problem I have.

    In January I purchased a Humax HDR 1000s/500GB box.

    I brought this back to my home in Spain and it was installed by our local English satellite installer on the 21st February.

    The problem I have is if I pause a program the screen freezes and in the instruction manual it says press pause again to restart the program. I presume this should start the program where it was paused.When I pause a program the screen freezes and the pause button does nothing to restart the program.

    I have contacted Humax Technical Support, But unfortunately they do not reply, even to acknowledge my email. I am wondering if this product is classed as NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

    Any help would be appreciated

    In the current s/w release the pause button does not restart play, you use the play button (>)to restart. Humax are aware that the s/w does not agree with the user guide.
