Thanks February 10, 2013 at 3:22 pm #42223 AnonymousInactive Also installed CF FW on top but not sure how to use it. Help required. Thanks February 10, 2013 at 3:57 pm #42224 AnonymousInactive You did not need to format the HDD, the Humax should have done it for you. I replaced the HDD in one of my boxes without any problems, and let the Humax format it. The easiest option would have been to put the 500GB in the Humax and let it sort itself out I’m assuming the drive is now formatted and working now that you have CF FW (custom firmware?) installed. Best way of learning about the CF FW is to open a browser on your pc/mac/tablet etc. put the Humax’s i.p. address in and play Author Posts Viewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
