    Hi,

    I have had a 9300T for a while now and it is functioning OK an a day to day basis – we record programs most days.

    However I haven’t looked at the menu for some time. Now only the top two sections of the Record menu are available – no HDD control which is what I wanted. I also note that the installation section is greyed out so I can’t retune if I need to.

    Any suggestions?

    You were recording something at the time, look again when the machine is not recording.

    You’ll get a similar result when playing back a recording except Recording’s Start and End time (global padding) will not be greyed out.
