New Humax HDR-1000S channel problem

    Hello. I just got a new Humax HDR-1000S the other day, my problem was at first that I couldn’t get any channels, no signal. After trying everything and reading the forums for help I managed to receive channels, only in non-freesat mode. In freesat mode there is nothing.

    I have rebooted, updated the software. checked the coax and the plugs, even made the inner cable longer in the plugs.

    What could be wrong ? please help.

    In non Freesat mode have you a decent signal from 11427 H (some boxes have it as 11428 H) ? Is the channel FASHION ONE in the channels you have ?
