    I have just brought a new humax hdr1000s and when I go to memory there is all ready 15% used and I have not recorded any thing yet can anybody help with this

    Hi welcome to the forum, that is normal. Thought to be reserved storage like the area of the disk allocatated for the timeshift buffer, personal uploaded content like jpeg photos, external video and mp3 audio files.
