    I have bought a Humax Freesat + box (HDR 1000S) and a new full HD telly today.

    Have connected the telly and box up via instructions and I have had the ‘scan for new channels’ request which when i undertake I get a ‘no channels found check your antenna connection’ message. The antenna/satellite was fine for the sky box connection 2 hours ago so am assuming it’s fine now… any ideas?

    When I switch on and off to reboot I do get a humax screen on the TV but it goes after a few seconds and I then get the ‘scan for new channels’ message.

    Sorted.. pressed ‘source’ then selected HDMI as opposed to the default setting.
