    New to foxsat pvr

    When my box is recording from the guide as soon as the recording starts I cant get into certain channels to watch. My box is connected from the dish on twin cable. My box is connected to the tv with a hd lead and the reception is excellent.I have only recently set up the box so I am new to it Please can someone let me know if I am doing anything wrong.

    One or two cable connections are only detected at first install or factory reset.

    Check you have the two cables connected correctly and that there is nothing on the centre connector.

    Next make a note of your schedule and do a factory reset a watch for the message confirming two cables connected.
