My 83 year old mother who is the proud owner of a 9150t has just been on the phone with a problem – it’s powered on, there is a green light on the front panel but no output of any kind visible on the TV – neither channels nor menu can be seen on the TV, whether the front panel or remote is used. Any idea what this might be?

First guess would be the SCART lead is loose at one end or the other.
Or she has switched the TV input to something other than that the Humax is connected to.
hi Biggles / Martin many thanks for responding – yes we checked both those things, but no joy.
Out of interest – is there a way of initialising the unit without going through on screen menu’s eg some combination of buttons on the front panel?
