    Folks

    I’ve tried doing a software update on my new HDR 1000S, but get the message “New software is not detected.”

    Does thin mean that I’ve got the latest, or that the update failed?

    Is there somewhere that I can check what the latest version should be? I’ve tried the HUMAX site, but the 1000 series isn’t in the support drop-down boxes!

    The latest version is 1.00.06 which all production units should have uploaded at factory.
