After a recent storm the dish moved. The satelite was relocated but all channels were lost. There was no signal for auto tune but it picked up fine on manual. However, loads of channels have gone (some appeared that I don’t want) and they start from channel 5001. How do I get my freesat auto tune back?
It sounds like the dish may not be pointed at the correct satellite. How did you re-align it ?

Yoy need to change back to freesat mode (Settings STB mode)
