This evening I find that the following channels are showing the message: This channel is scrambled or currently not available. BBC NEws, BBC Four, BBC Alba, BBC Three. BBC ONe HD and BBC HD are both showing the message: No or bad signal. I have checked tbe BBC News channel Diagnostics which show that Strength is 80% and Quality is 100%. No other channels appear to be affected. Please can you help? Thank you
I seem to remember there were some transponder changes recently because I lost both BBC HD channels. An automatic retune got them back though. So I’d try that.
