I don’t get sound when I playback recorded HD channels, all other channels are fine, any ideas?.
What are you using for sound and how is it connected ? Do you get sound OK when watching live HD channels ?

One cause of this is using an old software version. What software version is your box using?
Martin, I’ve done exactly as you stated and upgraded from the link you provided, everything is working perfectly now, thanks very much.
