I have owned my HD FOX T2 for just over 2 years and it has been

working perfectly up to now, but recently the remote has been

playing up and is now very unreliable.

There are now many functions that i have no control over with this remote and it has obviously become faulty.

I did not notice at first because it behaved as if the batteries

were running out but new batteries made no difference whatsoever.

it has continued to become worse.

I emailed customer support to make a complaint and he pointlessly

recommended a “MANUAL RETUNE”

I then took part in a drawn out email argument with this “jobsworth” explaning that after just 2 years service i thought that it was perfectly resonable to ask for and expect a replacement remote control.

HE finally bluntly told me that humax would not give me a free

remote control.
