InactiveAny news on You Tube working again in the TV Portal. It hasn’t worked for weeks. You can search etc. but when you try to play a video there’s a “temporary” error message.

InactiveSame here, my utube has not worked for about a week – Items can be searched for etc but when I attempt to play a file I just get the message “There is a temporary fault – try again”.
I notice that there was a similar issue posted on this forum about 3 months ago
I am running firmware version A7.31
Has there been a recent version up or something that may well have killed UTUBE ?

Same here. Just recently had an update from BT to a faster broadband speed which is now at 17meg. Great – You Tube can be accessed as before but now will not play videos. ‘A temporary error has occurred – try later’ comes up on screen. Looking for a possible solution.
Software KZTFT 1.02.29
BBC iPlayer, wiki, internet radio, picasa and flickr all working no problem. Maybe nothing to do with BT but was working O.K. 2 weeks ago.

ParticipantHi Matty and welcome to the forum

It would seem you are experiencing the same problem as others earlier in this thread. It is apparently a recent problem but when a fix is available Barry is sure to update everyone on this forum.
BTW please try not to type in all capitals as it is generally considered ‘shouting’ in online communities and makes it more difficult to read.

InactiveI’ve had the same problem for the last couple of weeks; “temporary error please try again” on You Tube. ALso Internet Radio stopped working at the same time – when you select a station the whole system shuts down and restarts.

What software version is your box using? Version 1.02.29 is supposed to fix the Internet Radio problem.

ModeratorIf you are having internet radio problems then you need to upload latest publically released firmware 1.02.29 which fixes the issue.
