Bought a Foxsat HDR last week set it up – worked well, tested out record, guide etc. No problem. Used the remote to access a radio programme – 3rd button from the bottom – TV/radio. Success. But then when I tried to exit/use the guide/menu or even put on standby, the HDR still played the radio programme. Have unplugged everything, changed the batteries – still the radio programme. Have now set up the old freeview and I am using that. Very disappointed the HDR doesn’t work. Have e-mailed Humax, but no response. Any suggestions? Thanks.
When you press a button on the remote does the white pvr button flash red. If not press the white pvr button and try again.
Will set it all up again tomorrow and try that – thank you!
