Our 9300T has started powering down losing any program’s we have set to record, sometimes a message will come on the screen saying that the unit is about to power down, please can anyone advise what is happening and how do I prevent it?

Bit puizzled by this one as the 9300T does not have auto power down but can be set to power down at a specific time via Menu, Preferences, Time Setting, but in any case it should not result in failed recordings.
First step might a return to default settings via the installation menu.
The on-screen message may have come from the TV. Quite some have auto power off.
