First post and it’s because I’m stuck :-L

Can anyone tell me where I’m going wrong? I’m trying to move programs recorded onto my HDR-Fox T2 to an external Hard Drive, but without success.

I’ve followed the instructions in the manual:

“Moving / Copying Files

1. Select the file(s) you want to move and press

the OPT+ button.

2. Select Move and press the OK button.

3. Select the folder or storage you want to move

the file(s) to and press the OK button.

_ Moving the file(s) within the same storage:

Select the folder you want to move the file(s) to

and press the OK button.

_ Copying the file(s) to another storage: Select

the storage and then select the folder to copy

the file(s) to. Press the OPT+ button to create the

folder.

I’m trying to move the programs to a folder named Saved Films and I have done so successfully in the past, however, what is happening now is that when I go through the procedure above and press the Red button I get the message “The file has been added to copy” but that’s as far as it goes. I’ve tried this on a number of occasions but no luck – as a by the way when I do get this sorted out will the file save itself two or three times?

Any suggestions, where am I going wrong?
