Hi there,
Just started using your excellent AV2HDR software and have nearly got it working perfectly.
My only issue is that when I hit the HDD button to choose where to FTP my file to – it says “Configuration System Failed to Initialize”
I can get it to work on my Windows 7 machine but for some reason on my Windows XP machine I get this error – I have Googled it but can’t find any answers.
Can anyone help?

Hi welcome to the forum.
One suggestion that may be the answer
AV2HDR requires Microsoft .NET framework v3.5 to work. Win 7 has it as standard. If you haven’t already got it on the XP machine you will need to install it.

Thanks for the response – just checked and 3.5 is already installed – installed 4 as well just in case but still no luck. Any other suggestions?

If he’s around at the moment he will see your post. If he’s away somewhere it might be a while. Works for me fine on both XP and 7 so likely to be some sort of setup problem.
do you have to have an internet connection or will it initialise without one?
