I have a Foxsat HDR 320gb and a freeview T2 500gb. I want to be able to move recordings from one to t’other using a flash drive or portable hard drive. I don’t want to watch on a computer. But it appears that Humax uses different file types on the two machines, and they do not recognise each other’s output. I guess I can convert files to a commonly recognised format and hold them on a separate drive. But can I store any other file type on either of the machines in a usable form? Any advice gratefully received.
