    Hello

I have a 9150T and a Humax TVPVR in different rooms fed from the same aerial via a splitter. The 9150T,on specific Freeview channels (mainly 31), consistently refuses to display the channel whilst the TVPVR always does. Any thoughts as to the likely cause

Hi welcome to the forum. Is there a repeat of the duff channel stored with a channel number of over 800 ?

How would I go about checking this?

Bring up the channel list and scroll to the end.

The issue my be due to the aerial/cabling system you are using. Splitting the signal can sometimes fail to provide a strong enough signal to either one or both of the splits.

Take the 9150 and its scart lead to the same room as the TVPVR. Plug its scart into the TV and the aerial lead currently going into the TV into the 9150 instead. Can you now view the 9150 OK on the TVPVR? If you can then the issue does not lie with the 9150 but with either the splitter or the other aerial cable.

In some regions channel 31 is not yet broadcast at full strength. This means that there is a possibility that you are in one of these regions and when the power is increased it will just start working with out you having to do anything.

Which transmitter do you receive your TV from?
