Since new, my HDR Fox T2 has frequently been unable to pause live TV. It usually can, but it is very frustrating when the pause function does not work.
I have asked Humax a number of times for help and/or replacement of my unit (I bought it directly from Humax). They replied once suggesting that I should reformat my hard-drive. I did this but the problem continues. I am particularly concerned because my warranty will expire in July.
Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, can they advise how I can remedy the situation?
Welcome to the forum. Were you by any chance recording two programmes at the time and viewing a third one sharing a mux with either recording ?
Thank you Graham. No, this failure to pause can occur when the PVR is only being used to view HD TV.
