Been away for a month with the foxsat box disconnected from the power. It was working perfectly but now I can’t access the foxsat by any means. ITV player still works so the box is connected to the internet. Does anyone know if I can reinstall raydons software or can I do a factory reset and start again
Hi Welcome to the forum. An OTA which commenced while you have been away has most likely upgraded the firmware to 1.00.20 on your box overnight when you powered the box back on. As a result you need to reflash with the latest firmware and update your packages (1.00.20 has changed the way housekeeping works).
Raydon was away on holiday when this happened but has posted a temporary link on AV Forums.
