Hello I hav recently changed to a humax box from a sky box, I have had the humax working on the single cable that was already installed for the sky box.
M y problem is that today I have tried putting 2 cables up so as to be able to use all the recording facilitys of the humax and now can,t even get a signal. I have changed the transponder but not moved the dish at all but nothing seems to work any help for a complete tech case.
Did you do a Factory Reset after installing the second cable as this (unnecessarily overly-aggressive) action is what the Humax needs to allow it to go through its connection recognition process.
