    Hi

    My PVR will not go into standby mode: The green light remains on and there is no picture, the buttons on the remote and on the PVR have no effect:I have turned the PVR off at the back but this has not helped I also tried new batteries in the remote but to no avail:there is also quite a loud humming sound coming from the PVR

    Have also taken out all connections and then put them back but this didnt help either… :(

    Please can anyone advise me

    Welcome to the Forum :-)

    If you can gain control by removing the aerial, and then switching the box on, try carrying out a default settings.

    Thanks for the quick reply Barry

    Tried as instructions but still doesnt work.Still on green light . No picture and no access to the menu.
