January 29, 2012 at 8:53 am #29972 AnonymousInactive I also saw someone on this forum mention their new HDR has a “a7.31” loader version – is this a downloadable update or are we stuck with the a7.30. Any idea of the difference the .01 makes? January 29, 2012 at 1:33 pm #29973 AnonymousInactive I read that too, Ezra. The ‘latest’ firmware I can see on the Humax Beta portal is the current version. January 30, 2012 at 11:59 pm #29974 BarryModerator I would not normally comment but in this instance, stating a new version is in Beta is not strictly true. Yes there is a version not publically available, but it is not that new, and nothing outwardly has changed. Nothing unusual about this, just look at the release candidate version numbers, very rarely are they consecutive. When and if there is anything interesting to report, I will update the Forum. January 31, 2012 at 8:36 am #29975 AnonymousInactive Barry – thanks for that, can you also say anything about the a7.30/31 question above. Outwardly appears to be no changes. February 1, 2012 at 8:07 am #29977 AnonymousInactive Barry – can the Loader be updated at the same time as the other firmware or is that a fixed element? February 1, 2012 at 9:21 am #29978 BarryModerator The loader is updated in the same way as the software, it can be as a combined file or as a seperate upload, depends on what is provided.
