In the release notes, one of the changes in ver dot 23 was to save the EPG to disk on entering standby.
Having (after considerable problems) updated to ver. dot 26 it does not seem to do this.
Question: Should it? or has this quietly been removed.
If it should, why doesn’t mine?
Anyone else have the same problem?

Having (after considerable problems) updated to ver. dot 26 it does not seem to do this.
What makes you think it hasn’t been saved to disk? If you have done a reset to default settings then it will first need to repopulate which with the later versions is slower tahn previously.
Simply the fact that, having watched it populate, to some extent, switching it off and on again, those programs were not there any more.
I will try to be a little more patient and check again later, it would be me after all!
