We have just bought a PVR 9300T. It will record and play back BBC but when we have recorded ITV, the programme is distorted very badly with no sound and is unwatchable. When we installed the channels, it took 3 goes before ITV would appear in the ‘guide’ list. Could this be something to do with it? We have no problems with reception here. If anyone has an answer, please keep it siimple – I don’t understand most of the answers that are on this forum, but don’t know what else to do!
