I have just installed a 2TB external hard drive and it works perfectly !
Just for any ones interest about how large a disk Foxsat HDR will handle.

What model?
It’s a Samsung Model NO: HD204UI. I should add that formatting these very large drives to EXT3 is a bit of a challenge ! I tried Partician Magic 9 first, which I have used many times, That failed after about 2 hours,,grrrr, then I tried Acronis Disk Director 11, and that seemed to do something but never any indication of what, so then I used Ubuntu and that began, with the statement “it could take a long time” and it did. I think about 7 to 8 hours !!! I don’t know exactly, because I left it running over night….
