    tv set siezes up. Have picture but remote control won’t change programmes or go into record. Switching off at the mains it then works.

    2. Software version

    The Humax is a PVR-9300T model, not sure what you mean about software version

    Software is UPTTF 1.00.18 I have tried to update to .26 but no new update found

    The update is not broadcast continuously; the next date is 26th September (from 10am) to 28th September (until 9am). It should help with your problem.
