Do you mean the ones on the original remote?
But have you tested the Back button? At the moment all you can do to exit is press exit & completely go out of Youtube, no option to return within Youtube menu. John L
Yes the keys either side of OK are programmeable. Mine is set to jump forward 2 mins. Down key reveals a search button OK takes you back to the search. Square stop key returns you to search with current title selected.
I take it you have signed in (account is free) ?

On my 4000t pressing stop takes you back to the YouTube homepage.

I have the HDR-1000S as well. I can check this later.
Not working on HDR-1000s. All my searches done on 5000T are there. But will not play. Unlike the 5000T remote there is no down key.
Search still not working on my HDR-1000S, any news from Humax Towers when this will get the fix?
@barry.the update has enabled the search on YT again which is brilliant.The go back still isn’t working though but hopefully this will be rectified in another update.Many thanks for this barry.

It’s now been 5 months since the re-direct-search-back button etc stopped working on my HDR-1100S and although the re- direct and search has been addressed we still can’t use the back button and some others on the remote and no sign of a fix yet ❗
Good job Freemax and Husat don’t make cars just imagine not being able to reverse into your drive and having to go around the block if you if you passed the entrance
And now we have a lovely SKY blue advert for a Freesat box in our face before we can access OD services salt in wound?
The back button pause/play buttons always used to work on my remote(the original) but now as you are aware one either has to exit and log on again or scroll to the bottom of all the presented vids to go back to home/search

Many thanks for the PM, I need to get a dongle to do the update so will give it a try and soon as my local computer shop opens after this lockdown!
Can I assume from your PM that an automatic update will not happen even though my Humax box is connected to the internet 24/7?
