Only now/next appears to be missing, scroll further right and guide appears to be fully populated (viewing on a HB1000S)
If that’s the case you usually can’t record via the epg
No apparent problem here (HB1000S). EPG is populated including Now/Next.

Yep got it this afternoon when it failed to cap Couples Come Dine With Me, but it capped fine on the new Freeview 2000T, I was hoping Ch4HD would have sorted itself after i reset factory setting but nope still going wonkey at their end i see

Freesat are recommending (this received via a third party)
It is advised that any series record set on any of the channels listed below before the 21st of May 2015 should be cancelled and set again. Any series record set after 21st May should be ok, however, we do recommend customers to reset any existing series recordings on Freesat Boxes.
The channels potentially effected are Channel 4, More4, E4, 4Seven, ch4+1, Ch4HD, E4+1, More4+1, Film4 and Film4+1
