On the HDR-T2 I have input the frequency and channel from:
http://www.ukfree.tv/transmitters/tv/Crystal_Palace
Ch: 33
Freq: 570 MHz
for COM7 in the manual search, and there is no signal (or channels) registered.
Presumably you used the DVB-T2 option?

InactiveI did both, but yes with T2.
I also tried both Bandwidth settings, and Network Search ON & OFF.
Flat lines on all.

InactiveOkay, This get more and more confusing.
Nanostick working fine this morning as last night.
HDR-T2 – went into Manual search on Ch33 – no signal.
Pulled out HD-T2 (same connections)- Manual Search Ch33 – 58% Signal strength 100% Quality !!! – auto retune – same!!!
Plug back in HDR-T2 (same connections cables) – still nothing on Ch33. – Automatic retune – all channels are back strength 50%-51% on Ch33….
Conclusion: Either COM7 on Crystal Palace was having issues last night (nothing reported) or there is some sensitivity with the Humax tuners. It’s a bright clear morning.
I do remember a higher signal strength on these previously so perhaps this is a signal strength issue.
But now I am seeing COM7 and COM8 with no issues on both.
Also interesting that the HD-T2 has a higher signal strength than the HDR-T2 – perhaps due to the dual tuners?
All models running the latest firmware:
HDR_FOX_T2_1.03.12
HD_FOX_T2_1.03.02

InactiveWhether the weather be fair
Or whether the weather be not
We’ll get on our digi TVs
Whatever channels we’ve got.
Whatever the weather,
We’ll weather the weather,
Whether we like it, or not.

InactiveDid a retune again this morning, and COM7 channels are back again for me, with a good strong 65% signal strength and 100% quality. Nothing that I’m aware of has changed at my end.

ModeratorThank you for the update.
Interested to hear if it is now ‘fixed’ for other members.

InactiveIt will be interesting. I just noticed I had a software update on 27 May too, which may be coincidence, or not.

Interesting. Is it now running the following?
Manufacturer software: 21.10.0
Component software: 2.9.24
Platform configuration: 1350

Nearly. The platform configuration is 1370, the other two are the same.

InactiveMaybe related to the channel number changes due on 2 June. I am just guessing.

InactiveRescanned my HTPC last night – all the com7 channels have returned for me also and I haven’t changed the machine configuration in months. Guess there must have been some issue or interference on the Freeview network that has been resolved … (?)

InactiveDid a manual retune on channel 32 and all the HD channels came back. Signal strength and quality now good. Noticed on Wed(27)there was a software update. Still not sure what caused the cut off in mid April. Hey ho.

Can you confirm this is HDR 2000T – confused with your update notice as it has not been broadcast in May, albeit still available via IP download I believe.
