InactiveiPlayer Radio is available on my PC but not on the HDR-FOX T2. Does anyone know what the issue is or could be?
On the HDR-FOX T2 (1.03.06) when attempting to play iPlayer Radio it comes up with
“”Sorry: Unknown MediaSourceError (0) There has been a problem playing this programme.”
On the HDR-FOX T2 (1.02.20) when attempting to play iPlayer Radio after whirling away it refreshes the programme’s play screen and does not play.
The last time I used iPlayer Radio OK was on Saturday afternoon 11th January.
iPlayer TV plays fine with either of the iPlayer HDR-FOX T2 apps (i.e. new and old).
I’ve tried deleting the cookies and DRM data on the 1.03.06 HDR-FOX T2 but that did not make any difference.

ParticipantIplayer radio has loaded to the play screen (took ages) but will not respond any further (no errors). TV is not working for me either. Can anyone see if they can play back Father Brown In HD Episode 9 (Works on HDR1000S OK)

ModeratorDon’t think this iplayer radio is a Humax problem although I have alerted them. Not working on Panny BluRay, Philips and LG TV’s either.

Thanks but so can I
,Quote:(Works on HDR1000S OK)Posted not because I can’t watch the programme, but to check if it was an issue for me only and if not to identify the problem.

It is and it is not working for me.
On an 1.03.06 HDR_FOX T2 it and the few other TV I’ve tried is fine.
On an 1.02.20 HDR_FOX T2 it and the few other TV I’ve tried do not play.
On an 1.02.32 HDR_FOX T2 it and the few other TV I’ve tried do not play.
For clarification earlier when I said TV was OK for me I’d only tried it on an 1.03.06. Luck for me I only use iPlayer TV on the an 1.03.06 and rarely on the 1.02.20.
Just had a thought. It has probably been a few weeks since I last used iPlayer on a 1.02.20 so that could be a different issue.
I thought you were on a version later than 1.03.06 which is suprising if that does not work for iPlayer TV but 1.03.06 does.
Edit: added 1.02.32 iPlayer TV failure

ParticipantI have 1.02.29, which as afaik is the latest version transmitted ota. You must have a few HDR FOX T2’s

InactiveSorry. I haven’t the time to try 1.02.29 but I presume it will be the same on mine. I had to change my 1.02.29 to 1.02.32 as I temporarily needed the cf maintenance features and haven’t switched it back yet.

No need to be sorry

The long and short is that iplayer is bust as you correctly observed. By sheer coincidence I wanted to watch Father Brown in catch up HD in connection with an another issue ( repeated audio drop outs on BBC-HD content seemingly restricted to ac3 5.1 content, that’s a whole new non platform related issue
)Having found an issue I was going to start a new thread. As yours seemed to fit the bill I tested iplayer Radio as well and confirmed that doesn’t work either.

InactiveI presume that as 1.03.06 so far is working on the HDR-FOX T2 that the same issue for iPlayer TV isn’t affecting anyone’s HDR-2000T?

InactiveThis is really odd! I came on here because we were having problems last night. Went to check sw and have 1.02.20. Went back to see if anything had changed and uploaded two prgrammes on iPlayer with no problems!
