Yup. All back to normal here, too, although I haven’t, as yet, checked which news we’re getting on which channels. I suspect that won’t have changed, since it pre-dates the ‘black-screen’ fault.

Just got in from work I can confirm itv1 sd is working however I’m still getting BBC South not East

This suggests to me that the box isn’t tuned correctly. Try doing an automatic channel search.

Already have returned automatically, tried rebooting it and retuning it as well and still no luck.

I went to manual tuning and it says NO CHANNELS found

From the posts here, seems a common thing. ITV 1 (CH 3) I get the ‘proper’ local news (i.e. Anglia). ITV 1 (Ch 103) I get Meridian (i.e. South-East – Kent etc). I’ve tried re-tuning too, doesn’t help.

Yes that matches what I get as well – but not just through the Aura, on the TV itself as well.

Good that the update is getting out to people now.

Ok got fed up of bbc4 bbc1 sd and bbc2 sd being unwatchable as connected to the wrong transmitter I was getting Cambridge not Bedfordshire so I carried out a factory reset. I now have bbc1 east but ivt1 sd is now a black screen again

Because I’m in range of multiple transmitters I use manual tuning to get Sandy Heath, and Sandy Heath only. Select the following multiplexes: C21, C24, C27, C33, C36 and C48.

Beware C21 is different from the others (HD). For C21 use the DVB-T2 transmission type. For all others DVB-T.
