InactiveIs anyone else having issues recording Coronation Street since the clocks went forward?
It seems to be the double episodes that are mostly affect, around 4 mins of recording before the start and then miss the end of the first episode, then miss the start of the second episode.

InactiveCheers Graham, I’m on Meridian, I’ve not tried a default but then BBC records fine so I’m not so sure that’s gonna make a difference.

ParticipantGonzo you are correct at least as far as tonight’s recordings are concerned. First episode cut off a vital few seconds at the end, they are present on Freeview-HD. Watching 2nd episode from Freeview-HD will check the outcome on Freesat later, this appears to be fine.
The missing actual times and scheduled times on the G2 boxes programme synoposis is a real pain.

ParticipantGonzo – Also correct, first few seconds of second Corrie also lost on G2 box. No problem on Freeview+.

InactiveI’ve sent ITV an email, but id imagine they will just say to contact Freesat or to rescan channels as everything is working fine their end.
We still don’t have the SD>HD option for 103 which they say I’d not a problem cause by them.

It’s a shame I didn’t have a recording reservation on the Foxsat-hdr it would have given a much better idea.
I will add one (there is a double episode on Friday)

InactiveHere’s my results from recording both Corrie episodes this evening, I recorded both 103 and 119.
1st episode:
103: had a recording length of 29mins 24secs, started at ITV ident and recorded in full.
119: had a recording length of 29mins 56 secs, started recording 3mins 12 secs before ITV ident and chopped off the end.
2nd episode:
103: had a recording length of 31:06, started at ITV ident and recorded in full.
119: had a recording length of 29:57, missed the beginning, comparing to the recording from 103 there was 1min 3 secs missing from the start.

ParticipantI concur with Barry. No problem on Freeview.
First episode on Friday, Corrie content started 03:46 after recording start and terminated 30:07 chopping off programme content
Second Episode recording started at end of opening titles and continued to 29:59 (actual programme finished at approx. 25:57.
Don’t ITV ever quality control their output ?
