Hi guys

Amazingly, I have the same problem with a HDR-1000s! How did you fix it? I get the same error up, current pin does not match and can’t reset it. It had an older level of firmware on which I’ve just updated to the current level (07 Feb 18), but I still can’t reset it.

HI,

I have this same problem. I have tried everything from internet. We have forgotten the Parental Control Pin, so cannot access Netflix. How do I reset it?

Under hidden settings and clicking on reset code, it says “current pin does not match”.

Can someone help me? Thank you,

Can yuo help me with the humax problem, same issue you had, i cannot reset the pin or go to factory default & we have forgotten the original pin. thank you, Mary

I have tried that, and I get Current Pin is incorrect. I think its something to do with the version of Freesat, I need to ungrade it back to an earlier version. I was reading some of the older posts. I have tried everything that I have seen on the internet.

All codes, the hidden settings & I then upgraded it to the .HDR thing with a USB.

can someone send me the link to ungrade it back to an older version, I saw on a previous post that someone had the same issue as me and then they got it sorted.

After I click on Reset PIN Code on the Hidden Settings it takes a while, then a message comes up that says “current pin does not match” even though it didn’t ask me for a pin.
