I have a Samsung TV with a Freesat tuner. When turned on this evening it came on with it tuned into ITV 1 HD but on channel 956 or there abouts and not the usual 119 channel number. Could it be ITV introducing more regional ITV1 HD channels as I think I read somewhere, or just a problem with the transponder.
Having now looked at the channels in the 9 hundreds the number channel I’ve quoted above is a regional BBC channel…..puzzled???
Here in Yorkshire the ITV HD channel is from the Granada region. Had it set to record from ITV1 HD today and everything recorded okay…
Wondered what had happened. The wife’s distraught as it missed Emmerdale which was on a series link (which unfortunately disappeared).
Looks like ITV are tinkering again today. I have no EPG data on ITV HD (119) and all my ITV HD planned recordings have disappeared again.
Using the 1000S box with an Oxford postcode.

Channel is still viewable just no prog info. (Not recordable either).
Graham – Transponder change? – Just got pop up on Foxsat
1 change, and ITV HD now on 11097 V for me, not sure if that is the change or not still checking. Not sure there is not a problem with lip sync as well.

I guess my Foxsat will change to 11097 V overnight ITV-HD Central West. Needs a heads up to check transponder for users of the auto version of the spreadsheet.
Not recordable on the HB 1000S either (but can rewind buffer) Recording OK on Foxsat HDR (caveat V13 software)
I am watching ITV1 HD now with no EPG data showing. This is what happened yesterday. Although I was watching it when I changed channel and back again it was missing.
All planned recordings on ITV1 HD have been cleared again too.

Same for us. Pretty sure we now know the reason, ITV HD have moved to a different transponder and enabled all 4 regions (London, Granada, Meridian South and Central West), depending on postcode. Waiting for epg to come back online.
