For over 3 weeks now I have been unable to get the above on my HB1000S,
whereas on my recently purchased HDR1000S all works fine.
Channels 901 and 903 are both working on the HB1000S.
Does anybody else currently have a problem with their HB1000S in this respect?
Something I’ve only spotted in the last few days, Channel 999 is showing on the HB1000S, but doesn’t even appear in the HDR1000S’s EPG.
Channel 999 is missing (and always has been) from the HDR1000/1010S. I imagine the help and info option supercedes it. Surprised it appears on a HB1000S.
999 is not on my HB-1000S. Everything working fine.

Sounds like your unit is having an identity crisis, perhaps a reset to default is called for.
I’ve reset to default several times since the problem started without result.

The only reason I can think of that explains the difference is a weird anomaly in the database that relates postcodes to epg channels.
Does your HDR1000S and HB1000S use the same postcode ?
What are the first 3 characters of your postcode and approx location ?
Both units on same postcode.
EX7 Dawlish Devon.
What happens if you swap the two boxes around?
Very strange, I think Barry doesn’t live that far from you and likely has the same regional variations, and also has access to a HB1000S. Perhaps he would check his box. The good news is that it’s missing from your HDR1000S is as expected.

Sorry, not with you. Are you referring to LNB inputs or router?
