InactiveHi,
Our Foxsat HDR in a regular basis fails to record a program this has been going on for years but has more so in recent months. I have checked all I can, re-tuned ect but all I’ve done makes no difference. We live in the Medway area of kent. I have had Humax recorders for at least ten years and this problem has always been there. Is there any solution out there?

Could be a broadcaster series CRID issue. If you post the programmme I can set to check. It can also happen when say BBC1-HD Scotland shows a different episode to England. Easiest solution is delete the other nations channels Leaving only your own. You get multiple recordings generated which fail when there is more than 2.
970 BBC 2 Scotland
971 BBC 2 Wales HD
972 BBC ONE HD (England)
973 BBC 1 Scot HD
974 Channel 4
975 Channel 4 + 1
976 BBC 1 Wales HD
977 ITV
978 BBC 1 NI HD
979 BBC Two Wales

You aren’t giving us much to go on; please can you give some examples of failed recordings (channel, programme name, date and time, whether it was a one off recording or a series recording)?

You must be pressing OK with Freesat Tune selected.
It's the row of coloured buttons above media and guide as shown in uploaded files push them in the numbered order shown.

InactiveSorry my friend but I am doing all you advise the only difference with this reply is that shown in diagram the 4 coloured buttons are now shown with 567 as well so I assume after the 1-4 sequence 567 follows green, yellow, blue.
I have tried all but cannot access this hidden menu you speak about.

Works every time for me.
Really need to check you have two working tuners.
If you can't get this to work I will have to devise a multiple manual recording test.
