Unfortunately we primarily offer support and advice for UK products, however…
Do they play if you leave it with the message on screen for a few seconds?
Failing that try contacting technical support for your region

ModeratorApologises, in previous post you stated phoned Humax Support…
Old style, white carton, suggests to me a refurb.
Barry
ModeratorMick I’ve merged the two threads for continuity.
You should have contacted Humax Direct who you purchased from as suggested in #2
For a unit that only lasted less than 7 Days I would have expected a like for like replacement.
Try contacting Humax Direct and see if they can sort this out.

Hi all,
I am very disappointed, after just 5 days am I entitled to another ‘new’ unit with delivery and return cost paid for by Humax.
Thanks,
Mick.
I would certainly hope so, contact Humax Direct and discuss with them.

That is why you needed to use a passive splitter – cost around £1.75p.
I’m confused, how does a passive splitter cure the “no audio via HDMI” fault?
It would certainly fix the ‘no loop through’ aerial problem, but the OP has not complained of that.
He wouldn’t need it anyway as the 1800T does not have that issue.

ModeratorConfirm you are asking for help on a Youview unit as you have posted conflicting info.
Youview unit is DTR T2000, not HDR…
1. Thread can then move thread to correct area if required.
2. Members can advise if they own product.

A. If connecting unit to TV with HDMI try switching off HDMI CEC on your TV.
(See This FAQ for different manufacturers names for this)
B. Are you sure you are only tuned to one transmitter?
(Channels listed in the 800 range is one indicator of this)

ModeratorNot much I suspect given the amount of units sold 🙄

OK best steer clear then
Less than 1% of units sold have experienced the issue.
Barry
ModeratorHow many times do I have to repeat the same message….
